AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
The Worsley
Floor Amendment to the Finance committee amendment clarifies that overpaid
taxes must be refunded with interest at the rate determined by the Internal
Revenue Code and extends the filing deadline for a petition regarding the
assessed value of property from 60 days to 90 days.
