"Sec. 10. Automation projects fund; retroactivity
A. The department of administration may spend any monies above $5,300,000 remaining on June 30, 2013 in the automation projects fund established by section 41‑714, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act, in fiscal year 2013‑2014 for the purposes specified in section 41‑714, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act.
B. Subsection A of this section is effective retroactively to from and after June 30, 2013.
C. Section 41‑714, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act, applies retroactively to from and after June 30, 2013."
