Between lines 34 and 35, insert:
“(b) does not include a person who acts on behalf of the alarm business and who does not enter the premises where the alarm system will be installed.”
Page 10, between lines 4 and 5, insert:
“(vi) a person or an affiliate of a person that is exempt from this chapter pursuant to section 32-1121 (A) (3) as a public utility operated under regulation of the corporation commission.”
