HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AMENDMENTS TO H.B. 2213

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:
"Section 1. Arizona job training program reporting requirements
A. Beginning July 1, 2013 and for the next eighteen months, no later than the tenth calendar day of each month, the chief executive office of the Arizona commerce authority shall submit a written report to the governor, the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives, regarding the Arizona job training program established under title 41, chapter 10, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes.
B. The report required by subsection A of this section shall include the following information:
1. Any proposed or adopted changes to the administrative rules related to the Arizona job training program.
2. A summary of all applications received for funding through the Arizona job training program.
3. A copy of any applications selected for funding through the Arizona job training program.
4. Detailed information concerning any applicant selected for funding through the Arizona job training program, including the number of employees to be trained, each employee's job title or description before and after the training, the wages of each employee trained before and after the training, a detailed breakdown of any costs to be funded by the Arizona job training program, any costs paid by the applicant that are applied to meet the matching requirement and contact information for the applicant.
5. Detailed information concerning any applicant selected thirty months prior to the date of the report for funding through the Arizona job training program, including the number of employees to be trained, the wages of each employee trained before and after the training, a detailed breakdown of any costs to be funded by the Arizona job training program, any costs paid by the applicant that are applied to meet the matching requirement and contact information for the applicant."
