Making an appropriation to the department of health services for nontitle XIX behavioral health services.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of health services; nontitle XIX behavioral health services

The sum of $22,839,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2013‑2014 to the department of health services for nontitle XIX behavioral health services.
