AN ACT
Changing the designation of title 41, chapter 44, Arizona Revised Statutes, to "authorized presence and identification requirements"; Amending Title 41, chapter 44, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding article 2; relating to valid IDENTIFICATION.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Heading change
The chapter heading of title 41, chapter 44, Arizona Revised Statutes, is changed from "AUTHORIZED PRESENCE REQUIREMENTS" to "AUTHORIZED PRESENCE AND IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS".
Sec. 2. Title 41, chapter 44, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding article 2, to read:
ARTICLE 2. VALID IDENTIFICATION
41-4421. Valid identification; consular identification cards; prohibition
This state or any political subdivision of this state shall not accept a consular identification card that is issued by a foreign government as a valid form of identification.
