AN ACT
amending title 49, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 49-105; relating to the DEPARTMENT of environmental quality.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 49, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 49-105, to read:
49-105. Western climate initiative; prohibition
The department shall not participate in the Western climate initiative that is organized and operated by an affiliation of state governors and one or more provinces of Canada.
