Page 1, strike line 20, insert:

Page 4, line 21, strike “SUSPEND” insert “order

Line 22, after “BUSINESS” insert “to be suspended, except that if the license is issued pursuant to rules adopted by the supreme court the court shall refer the matter to the supreme court to determine whether the license shall be suspended

Line 23, strike “SUSPEND” insert “order”; after “LICENSE” insert “to be suspended

Line 24, after the period insert “If the court orders an employer’s license to be suspended pursuant to this section, the court shall notify the appropriate agency and, notwithstanding sections 41-1064 and 41-1092.01, the appropriate agency shall immediately suspend the employer’s license for the time period specified by the court not to exceed ninety days.

Line 2, after the period insert “If the court orders an employer’s license to be revoked pursuant to this section, the court shall notify the appropriate agency and, notwithstanding sections 41-1064 and 41-1092.11, the appropriate agency shall immediately revoke the employer’s license.  An agency shall not issue a new license to the employer until two years after the date of revocation.
