Page 1, line 32, after “entity” insert “under subsection a, paragraphs 1 and 2”
Line 33, after the period insert “aggravated taking the identity of another person or entity under subsection a, paragraph 3 is a class 6 felony, except if the identity taken is of a fictitious person, the offense is a class 1 misdemeanor.”
Amend title to conform
