Page 1, line 7, after the period insert "if a parent, guardian or custodian requests the matter to be tried to a jury, the parent, guardian or custodian shall submit a jury bond in the amount of five hundred dollars to the court to offset additional costs associated with impaneling a jury. The jury bond requirement may be waived by the court for INDIGENCy or good cause."
