A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
approving the appointment of DEBRA K. davenport as auditor general of the state of arizona.

Whereas, the joint legislative audit committee of the legislature of this state has appointed Debra K. Davenport as auditor general of the State of Arizona subject to approval by concurrent resolution of the legislature pursuant to section 41‑1279.01, Arizona Revised Statutes; and
Whereas, Ms. Davenport is a certified public accountant certified to practice in this state and is subject to the standards and ethics of the accounting profession as regulated by the state board of accountancy; and
Whereas, Ms. Davenport is eligible for appointment as auditor general.
Therefore
Be it resolved by the Senate of the State of Arizona, the House of Representatives concurring:
That the Members of the Legislature approve the appointment of Debra K. Davenport as auditor general of the State of Arizona.
