A CONCURRENT MEMORIAL
encouraging the supreme court of arizona to appoint additional members to the MaRICOPA COUNTY INTEGRATED FAMILY COURT TASK FORCE.

To the Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court and the Presiding Judge of each Family Court in Arizona:
Your memorialist respectfully represents:
Whereas, the legislature and the courts are interested in improving services to families and children by family courts.
Wherefore your memorialist, the Senate of the State of Arizona, the House of Representatives concurring, prays:
1. That the Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court appoint two additional lay members and at least two legislators, one each appointed by the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives, to the Maricopa county integrated Family Court task force to address the improvement of services by the Family Courts in Arizona.
2. That the Secretary of State transmit a copy of this Memorial to the Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court and the Presiding Judge of each Family Court in Arizona.
