Representative Urie called the meeting to order at 10:08 a.m. and attendance was taken.

Mr. Dalager nominated Representative Urie to be the Committee Chairman.  Mr. Grant seconded the motion.  The motion CARRIED by voice vote.

Adoption of Procedures

Bill Boyd, Senate Research Analyst, distributed the list of interview questions (Attachment A) and explained the procedures for the Committee to consider.  Mr. Boyd answered questions posed by the Committee.

The Committee discussed the procedures to be adopted by the Committee.

Mr. Dalager moved to ADOPT the interview questions and Committee procedures.  The motion CARRIED by voice vote.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
