Senator Bundgaard called the meeting to order at 9:40 a.m. and attendance was noted.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03, Mr. McNeil moved the committee convene into Executive Session for the purpose of interviews of applicants for the position of Ombudsman-Citizens Aide.  Without objection, the committee convened into Executive Session at       9:41 a.m. and adjourned the Executive Session at 10:12 a.m.

Senator Bundgaard reconvened the meeting at 10:12 a.m.

Senator Bundgaard moved that, without objection, the committee table the agenda items until a later date.  The motion CARRIED with a voice vote.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:14 a.m.
