Minutes of Meeting
House Hearing Room 4 -- 11:30 a.m.
Chairman Weiers called the meeting to order at 11:35 a.m. and attendance was noted by the secretary.

Chairman Weiers asked for a motion to recess until 1:30 p.m. to wait for a Supreme Court ruling pertaining to the initiative.
Mr. Clark moved that the Committee recess until 1:30 p.m. The motion carried.
THE MEETING RECESSED AT 11:37 A.M. UNTIL 1:30 P.M.
THE MEETING RECONVENED AT 2:22 P.M. WITH SENATOR VERSCHOOR AND SPEAKER WEIERS PRESENT.
Without objection, the meeting adjourned at 2:23 p.m.
