House Ethics Committee of Reference

PURPOSE:     To propose and adopt during the first regular legislative session a code of ethics and conflict of interest requirements as part of rules and to issue advisory opinions interpreting the code of ethics, conflict of interest and financial disclosure requirements.

House              Five members of the House, not more than three from the same political party, appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives:
