Rebecca Rios was born June 4, 1967, and is an Arizona Native.

Rebecca received her Bachelor and Masters Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University in 1989 and 2005. She is currently employed as the Director of Children’s Services for Pinal Gila Behavioral Health Association.

Rios was elected to the Arizona House of Representatives from 1995 through 2000 and is currently in her first term as State Senator for District 23.

Rios has served on the Pinal Gila Headstart Board since 1995, including 3 years as President of the Board.
