HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AMENDMENTS TO S.B. 1313

(Reference to Senate engrossed bill)

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:

"Section 1.  Laws 2006, chapter 218, section 2 is amended to read:

Sec. 2.  Delayed repeal

The provisions of this act are Laws 2006, chapter 218 is repealed from and after December 31, 2009 2014."

Amend title to conform

and, as so amended, it do pass
