44-6557. Fiscal records; inspection; retention

Contracted fund raisers and charitable organizations registered pursuant to section 44-6552 shall keep fiscal records relating to solicitation activities covered by this article in a form that enables them to accurately provide the information required by this article. On demand, the records shall be made available to the secretary of state for inspection. The records shall be retained for at least three years.
