Page 1, line 8, after the period insert "Two adults who are not otherwise in a valid or recognized
marriage in this state and who are in an emotionally committed relationship
that involves shared domestic and economic responsibilities, as to each other,
have the right to health care facility visitation, medical decision-making,
funeral and burial arrangements, and inheritance. A person in such a
relationship may affirmatively deny these rights or give any or all of these
rights to a different person through a will or a living will as provided by
law."
